Arrival procedure for Tudor Rose Parking Gatwick

Drive to the Car Park and your Chauffeur will book your car in and a photo inspection of your vehicle will take place. 

Your Driver will take you and your party to the Terminal in your own car. Taking your own vehicle may save the need to move child seats and luggage. This is beneficial if one of your party is disabled or have heavy luggage or equipment. This is a one to one service and you will not have to wait to transfer to coaches or buses.

Return procedure for Tudor Rose Parking

On your return from holiday, and once you have retrieved your luggage and passed through customs just telephone the car park Controller on a dedicated phone line and your vehicle will be with you in 5/15 minutes.

FROM SOUTH TERMINAL

From Customs you will enter into the Arrivals Hall. Turn Right and follow the signs to the Courtesy Coaches and Buses. Proceed all the way along the moving walkway and go down the ramps to the lower level. Exit the building and turn left. Please look out for your vehicle and your uniform driver (red jacket, red cap) from the safety of the waiting area.

FROM NORTH TERMINAL

From Customs you will enter the Arrivals Hall. Turn right and exit the Terminal Building. Cross 3 lanes by the traffic lights and proceed under the short term Car Park. You will emerge in front of the Sofitel Hotel. Please wait at the Drop Off Zone.

Please look out for your vehicle and uniformed driver (red jacket, red cap) from the safety of the waiting area.

Security

The Car Park is constantly patrolled by their own security team and has total metal palisade security fencing. It is clean and tidy with a purpose-built office located in the centre of the car park and manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. All vehicles are monitored entering and exiting the site. During peak periods they may move your car to our car park one mile away for a short period. This has the same security as the main site.

By choosing a Park Mark Safer Parking facility you are visiting a car park that has been vetted by the Police and has measures in place in order to create a safer environment for both you and your vehicle.

Important Information

Gatwick airport exit fee (£5 one way) is not included in the cost of this car park.

There is a £10.00 supplement for long wheel based vans payable to the Chauffeur on arrival.

Please note, all vehicles will be charged ONCE, prior to your return. We ask all customers to notify Tudor Rose by email or by phone if the percentage of the electric battery falls down below 10%.

As Tudor Rose have their own fleet of electric vehicles, our staff is trained and know how to operate all types of electric vehicles. Please make sure you bring your own type 2 charging cable, and leave it in the boot of the vehicle.
