Arrival procedure for AMAG Meet and Greet for Gatwick airport

South Terminal: You will bear round to the right following signs to Passenger Drop Off. Take the second lane (left), proceed to the end and park in the BAYS marked PERMIT HOLDERS ONLY. This is also your meeting point on your return.

Please remember to telephone us 10 to 15 minutes prior to arriving at the Terminal in order to comply with the newly installed Approved Operator Scheme and to reduce the waiting time. 

North Terminal: You will bear round to the right taking the right lane and following the signs to Passenger Drop Off. Keep to the right hand lane and proceed past the Sofitel Entrance. Go to the end and park in the BAYS marked PERMIT HOLDERS ONLY. This is also your meeting point on your return.

Return procedure

On your return, once you are through Customs and collected your luggage please call AMAG on the number provided and your car will be returned to the Meeting Point as described above.

Security

Fully secure car park with total perimeter fencing, 24-hour security patrols and only 4 minutes drive to both terminals! The car park is manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. All vehicles are monitored entering and exiting the site.

There is a £10.00 supplement for long wheel based vans payable to the chauffeur on arrival. Short wheel based no extra charge.

Disabled Facilities

This car park is perfect for disabled passengers as there are not shuttle buses involved.

Important Information

Gatwick airport access fee (£5 each way) is not included in the cost of this car park.

This can be arranged on your arrival at the airport with the driver or by calling the car park direct prior to your arrival.

This charge must be paid upfront to the driver or by phone to our office.
Please note, all vehicles will be charged ONCE, prior to your return. We ask all customers to notify the car park by email or by phone if the percentage of the electric battery falls down below 10%.

As AMAG have their own fleet of electric vehicles, our staff are trained and know how to operate all types of electric vehicles. Please make sure you bring your own type 2 charging cable, and leave it in the boot of the vehicle.
