Arrival procedure for Belfast International Airport Main Stay

Please drive up to the entry barrier PLEASE DO NOT TAKE A TICKET.

The system will recognise your car registration and the barrier will rise. If for any reason the barrier does not automatically raise, please scan the QR-Code received in the booking confirmation email, onto the entry machine. If you are still unable to access the car park please press the intercom for assistance and be ready to quote your booking reference.

Please make a note of where you have parked and the nearest bus stop if applicable.

Return procedure

Please return to your vehicle and drive to the exit barrier. The system will recognise your car registration and the barrier will rise. If for any reason the barrier does not automatically raise, please scan the QR-Code received in the booking confirmation email, onto the entry machine. If you are still unable to exit the car park, please press the intercom for assistance and be ready to quote your car licence plate.

Note: If you have overstayed your booking the outstanding payment will be displayed on the exit column screen and you can pay using a debit or credit card.

Security

Manned 24/7. CCTV at the entrance and security barriers. It holds the Park Mark, a national security award for car parks which is accredited by the police.

Disabled Facilities

Disabled spaces are available but cannot be booked in advance for use by blue badge holders. There is a help button and assistance contact number at the entrance to every car park: please use it if you need any help.

Important Information

Your vehicle must fit into a standard car parking space.

If you take up more than one space, you will have to pay for those extra spaces, at the same rate that you would pay had you not pre-booked. You must not park so as to use up more than one marked parking space, unless you have paid to do so.
